What was the highlight of Radisson Montevideo Victoria Plaza Hotel
Centre of Montevideo visit
We had a suite on 16th floor with a lovely view. Breakfast had a very good selection. Swimming pool and sauna were a nice temperature. Room cleaning was good.
Changing rooms were dated. Lockers - you had to have your own padlock or just hope nothing got taken. It was very slippery walking around the pool. On one night we ate in the cafe bar. I ordered a salad and specifically asked that there be no nuts in it. On arrival it had Almonds over it. It got sent back and replacement came which looked fine BUT as I got to the bottom of bowl there were still almonds there!!! At no time was I asked if I had any allergies. Radisson hotel group need to reinforce policies and procedures around food allergies and intolerances. My experience was not taken seriously enough in my opinion.

The hotel has an old charm about it, very comfortable and the location was great!
Breakfast every morning was fresh and fulfilling. Loved the freshly squeezed orange juice. Rooms were very clean and met our requirements. Staff was helpful and polite. Bar in the lobby was great too!
On weekends it was a little noisy, but I guess its expected being located in the centre of the city.

Clean and nice hotel that could do with some updating
Clean and well located hotel for the old town and the main Boulevard. Large rooms and good air-conditioning. Good value for money for a hotel of this class.
The rooms could do with some updating, especially the bathrooms which are really showing their age.
